Loved everything about the room. Chelsea room. It was located on the 10th floor facing south. No noise from the street at all.

The hotel was new and modern which I absolutely loved. Service at check in was amazing specially with the lady Yasmin who was really cool, professional & funny making the process amazing after a 12 hr flight! The bed was insanely comfortable, and the toiletries are Oh so minty fresh!

Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Chelsea is a 5 minute walk away from the Pennsylvania Amtrak Station. Our room was spacious, with a really big, wide bed, a small but efficient fridge, coffee/tea kettle, and a TV. We were also happy with the location, there are 2 metro stations nearby, as well as shops, food, and shopping options. The air conditioning is impeccable and quiet, the bathroom is spacious with fresh towels daily. In the hotel you can do your laundry, buy snacks, even use a microwave to heat up food. There is a police station opposite the hotel, so it felt pretty safe. Great for everyone, highly recommended!

Charming hotel with nice and helpful staff, our room had a window on court so it was quiet and the bed was great. Air conditioner was working well and silent. The location of the Hotel is also very great, nearby metro and several minutes of walking of places like Flatiron Building. Also lots of restaurant and groceries near the place. We loved our stay at The Moore!
